1.  Collect and analyze the customer requirements in battery;
2.  Aligning of OEM requirements and requirements from GS/PJ-HT Germany;
3.Support customer project acquisition;

4.  Demo car build-up, (H)EV test car investigations;
5.  Observation and analysis of Government activities (legislation, incentives, etc.);
6.  Network building with OEM, suppliers, universities and institutes to identify technical (H)EV main streams;
7.  Newest technology analysis and research in the area of battery /energy management.

Qualification：
1.  Master degree in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering/Electronics related field

2.  Work experience in automotive related field will be plus

3.  Systematical, logical and analytical thinking about Automotive Engineering/Electronics/Design
4.  Good spoken & written Chinese & English
5.  Skill in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and other related computer applications
6.  Strong information analytical skill
7.  Sensibility to technology development trends
